The new pre-cast (tilt-up) constructed facility seats 778 patrons in the house, a thrust performance stage, control room mezzanine and a small lobby. Additional support spaces include scene storage/construction, delivery/storage, and restrooms. The performing arts portion of the building (including the theater stage, house, lobby and restrooms) is constructed as a safe room/storm shelter (meeting ICC 500 and FEMA 361 requirements) with a capacity of 1,026 to accommodate the full high school student body and staff. Site work includes expanded parking capacity and drop off lane.
